Clean and sober since December 21st, 2005, much of my inspiration comes from the troubles of the past and alternately, the positivity of the present. I've performed at a number of recovery fair events in Oregon as well as youth outreach events in both Oregon and California. I've presented my music and  tied it to motivational speaking at youth and adult recovery facilities in Oregon and California as well. A few organizations I've worked with: Choices, Ontrack, CHASE, and CRC. Presentations can be as brief as twenty minutes of music or as long as two-and-a-half hours of music, story-sharing, motivational speaking, and group activities. If you're interested in having me at your facility or outreach event, visit the contact tab and either e-mail or call to discuss the details.

"Empty Ship" - Written and recorded in Monterey, CA. I wrote the song, recorded it, shot the video (without any help using only  my MacBook Pro webcam) and edited it all in 72 hours. One of my favorites.

"Brain Off Drugs" New single off my upcoming eighth album titled "September Deceased". An upbeat, positive examination of the benefits of clean and sober living.

"Known To Enhance" A cappella rendition of a song off my second album "Myself From Killing Me". This piece has broken the ice during many recovery based presentations. The a cappella version has also help in many first place poetry slam victories around the west coast.

"A Day Away" Track one off my sixth album "Meet Me At The Corner". The simple, infectious, catchy, inspiring chorus makes it a favorite at recovery based events.
